Bread Pudding





INGREDIENTS 

1) Eggs- 3 
2) Sugar-2 cups
3) Maida- 4 Tbps 
4) Vanilla Extract- 1 Tps
5) Bread slices - 4 
6) 1 Liter milk



PROCEDURE:

1) Take bread slices and cut them into cubes or 
     medium-sized pieces.
2 Pour one Liter of Milk 
3) Add Maida ( all-purpose ) 
4) Add Sugar and vanilla extracts
5) Mix it well and let it soak for 10 minutes.
6) Add eggs and beat .keep the mixture aside
7) Heat a pan on high flame and sprinkle some 
      sugar and let it melt 
8) Pour the milk mixture, stir it gently and cover 
    and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Check-in      between if needed.
9) let it cool 
10) Cut into squares and serve

Pour any syrup or honey if required (optional )
