Goan Beef Roast

 







Ingredients 

500g gms beef 

1 inch ginger

15 garlic cloves

4 pepper corns 

Cumin Seed ( 1/2 tsp)

2 inch Cinanmon

turmeric( 1/2 tsp)

Vineger (4 tbsps)



Method:

Make a paste of garlic cloves, pepper corns , cumin seeds, cinanamon, tumeric and vinegar


Add beef into container and add salt. keep aside for 15 minutes.  


Add the ground paste of all the spices and vinegar to marinate the beef . It should be kept for 2 hours, preferably overnight will give better results.




Now in a cooker heat oil and add 3 medium size onions cut and fry till golden brown . Add 3 cloves , cinanamon stick , 3 red kashmiri chillies  and  1/2 cup water and  remove 20 whistle.
