INGREDIENTS 4 Medium Size Onion 1 Cup vinegar 1/2 Cup water 2   tbsp sugar 1 t sp salt METHOD Cut red onions into rings    In a jar add vinegar,  water,  sugar and  salt, stir till the salt and sugar get dissolved.   I gre dients: Oil  1 tbsp Butter 2tbs Cumin 1/2 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Green Chilly 1  Onion 2 medium size Turmeric 1/2 tsp Kashmari Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp Tomatoes 1 Tamatoes Ketchup 3 tbsp Grated Cheese  2 cubes  Coriander Leaf (as required) Procedure: 1) Heat a pan and add oil and butter,  add cumin , chopped garlic, green chilly and stir. 2)  In the pan add 2 medium size onion and fry. Add Tumeric, Kashmiri chilly , Coriander powder and s       stir.  fry till onions are  a bit cooked .  3) Add 1 tomatoe and fry . Once again don't allow the onions to brown. Sprinkle Salt.  4) Add Tomato ketchup and mix.
