Kidney Beans Goan Style

 




1.    Cut 2 onions roughly, 2 cups grated coconut, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 5 peppers,  1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric seeds, 3 Kashmiri chillies, 2  chillies (strong), and add to a pan and fry till golden brown. Blend in a mixer



2.     Heat a pan, add oil, and add one finely chopped onion. Add curry leaves and fry till the onion turns translucent. Add tomatoes and fry.


3.     Add the masala and fry for a few minutes,  add chopped coriander leaves . 

Serve with rice, chappati
