Patato Bhaji


 

1.    Cut 4 medium potatoes into cubes, and remove three whistles in a cooker. 

2.    In a pan, add three onions ,  one teaspoon of mustard seeds, and curry leaves, and fry the onions .

3.     Once the onions become translucent , add the potatoes and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, add salt  and mix well .


Serve with rice, chapatti!
