INGREDIENTS 4 Medium Size Onion 1 Cup vinegar 1/2 Cup water 2 tbsp sugar 1 t sp salt METHOD Cut red onions into rings In a jar add vinegar, water, sugar and salt, stir till the salt and sugar get dissolved. Add the cut onion rings in the jar, make sure the vinger/water is above the onion rings, or else mould can grow. Keep aside for 2 days and then use . it can be stored for 10 days.
